Spread Parameter - Rosin-Rammler

Hello
I have a problem with the appointment of the spread parameter.
I made a graph for the distribution of particles (Annex). I found the formulas for calculating the spread parameter Rosin-Rammler. Unfortunately, after substituting my data does not go very reasonable result.
Please help
