errors when reading mesh in Fluent

Default errors when reading mesh in Fluent

hello

when I import the mesh to fluent, the following error shows up.

Cleanup script file is C:\\Users\\ansys\\cleanup-fluent-AMAZONA-054EPQC-544.bat

Error: Error reading "C:\Users\ansys\Desktop\Fluent_mesh\mesh_2.msh ".
Error Object: #f

Error:
C:\PROGRA~1\ANSYSI~1\v145\fluent\fluent14.5.7\win6 4\3d\fl1457s.exe received fatal signal (ACCESS_VIOLATION)
1. Note exact events leading to error.
2. Save case/data under new name.
3. Exit program and restart to continue.
4. Report error to your distributor.
Error Object: #f

why I got this error? wish your help.
