In ANSYS FLUENT using Moving Frame of Reference renders an unsteady process steady. So does using mesh motion also renders the problem from unsteady to steady or does it still remains unsteady?

Moving mesh can be attained in "Sliding Mesh" mode. MRF cannot be thought as moving motion directly.

Then Sir what is the right method of of considering the rotating motion? The geometry has one rotor rotating which is housed in a static stator.

MRF or SRF should be enough for this problem.
