temperature losing region

Hi
Can I make a region inside my volume where the gas will rapidly lose temperature depending on the regions temperature as it passes through it. This is not the same as making the walls a different temperature, also if i patch a region with a temperature that will only be an initialization. I want this region to constantly have a low temperature. |
