Hi,
this has nothing or little to do with fluent itself.
You need to have files on the head machine of the cluster: how you send the files is up to you: if you have access to the cluster you can manually copy paste files, if the cluster has ftp you can open a shell and send files through ftp, or if you have rights you can access the cluster via remote login, send files to a cloud or email and download on the head machine.
Files to be transferred are cas, (dat), udf (if you use), profiles (if you use).
Once you have the files on the head machine you can load them in fluent, compile udf (if you use) and proceed with simulation.
