Hello All,
I need to simulate a Copper tube with aluminum twisted tape inside it. Water will be flowing through the tube. Can anyone please confirm that how the geometry should be? The region between twisted tape and tube should be hollow or some material should be there? I have tried to draw the twisted tape using sweep command and then extruded the thin cylinder on it. Is it the right way to do so? Also, this tube is going to be used in the solar water heater and whole assembly will be tilted with 32.5 deg with horizontal. Next question is, how to take care of these conditions in Fluent.?? Please help me, i urge you all as i am new to this Fluent world. |
