Default turbulent Kinetic energy and turbulent visosity

Dear all,
there is a very high temperature obstacle(1100k) inside a canal,and the gas with 493k and 35m/s and 8bar inter to cool down the body.The body is located in two different position.I attached the result of two contours from post processing as you can see in attachement:
TKE and Viscosity

does anybody know:

what is the reason of largh differences in down streem in both contour ?
what is the effect of this differences?
