I am doing simple duct flow in 3 D.

If you want the mean temperature: reports:volume integrals -> volume average

You can draw iso-surfaces, but these you will need to create in the surface menu. For wall temperature, you can make a contour plot via graphics and animations. Of course, you can draw a line and make an x-y plot along this line; but in a rectangular duct the wall temperature profile will also depend on the x/y position; for a tube (assuming you calculate a steady state) it will be only vary in the z-direction, so be careful with this.
