I am using mapped quadrilateral mesh. dynamic meshing is enabled to adjust the mesh according to the deformation produced at the boundary. I am using spring based smoothing with spring constant factor = 1, node under relaxation=1 and re-meshing methods with some appropriate minimum length scale and maximum length scale values. I have also set the interior as deforming. The problem is that I don't see the interior deforming
also new cells are produced near the deforming boundary but there exist a gap where new cells are not produced no matter how much I decrease the maximum length scale value. this can be seen in the attached image.
kindly provide some useful suggestions
