Dynamic mesh does not remesh

Hello guys

I have weird problem with fluent dynamic mesh setting! I have both smoothing and remeshing enabled, however fluent doesn't remesh the domain even though max skew is set to 0.7...

It's goes until the skewness reaches +0.95 and then the simulation breaks! I have checked mesh motion preview and I can see the mesh only deforms without any remeshing...

here is the domain, I want the internal domain to be remeshed!

The hull have a rigid body motion
