Dear all,

My intention to investigate a fictional office layout with air ventilation system and also would like to take into account the effects of solar load in Fluent, which can reach the modeled interior of the room through a semi-transparent wall -> window.

I would like to compare the results of s2s radiation model with solar ray tracing to DO radiation model with DO irradiation solar load model.

I found this topic not so popular and investigated worldwide. I am looking for some tutorials/manuals/journals/articles on defining the radiation parameters for buildings in case of Discrete Ordinates Radiation and Irradiation.

I was looking for these on sciencedirect, here on the forums and of course googled it.

Any information could be useful!

Thank you in advance!

Greetings,
David
