You may use two step reaction model

rxn 1 : CH4 + 1.5 O2 --> CO + 2 H2O rxn 2 : CO + 0.5 O2 --> CO2

Sincerely, Jinwook

Hi,Jinwook:

Thank you very much for your answer. If I model combustion of methane-air with exccesive air(a=1.1), How should I specify two step reaction model?

Thank you.

Sincerely, Harry.

Hi Harry Qiu

I've already post it. You should set two reaction for two step reaction.

1) reaction 1(first step) : CH4 + 1.5 O2 --> CO + 2 H2O

2) reaction 2(second step) : CO + 0.5 O2 --> CO2

Sincerely, Jinwook
