Default Segragated Solver Error

I am using the segregated solver for multiphase flow calculations. Some of the calculations crash because the volume fraction in one cell (not always the same) is set to 100% while iterating. The values in the neighbor cells are ok only this variable in this single cell has a problem. The result is a floating point exception. Has anyone faced a similar problem. I don"t think it is a problem of my user-defined functions since they work well in other geometries.
