Heat transfer to fluid and pipe body -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

Chris Guest Posts: n/a	I'm trying to model a square pipe that has air passing through it. There's a tiny square portion of the inner pipe surface which is meant to be a heating element. I'm not quite sure how to define my variables such that I can simultaneously calculate the effect of heat loss to the fluid flow as well conduction through the pipe body. Can anyone help?
