Can anyone tell me what the Kill Script file is in FLUENT 6.1.18, and how to use/invoke it.

Many thanks

It is usable only for Unix/Linux.

Just make it executable ( chmod a+x <kill-script> ). Then execute it by typing the name on the command line of your shell (xterm) followed by return. The script will kill all the relevant fluent processes related to one fluent session.
