Default ambient temperature as a function of time

Hi All,

I have a heat transfer problem to solve. There my ambient temperature changes as a function of time. Is there any way to specify it in FLUENT ? I guess it is done through UDF ? Can anybody share an example or point me to a specific page in the manual ?
