Default accessing a zone

Hello!

I know, To access a particular zone, I can use "Lookup_Thread(d,id)" "Lookup_Thread(d,id)" needs domain pointer. But, domain pointer is not passed to the function, which I want to use. In my case, how can I use "Lookup_thread"? I'm simulating one-phase flow.

Thanks.

If you simulating single phase flow your domain pointer is always 1. You can write something like

Thread *thread = Lookup_thread(1, id)

or you could, like I do, create a #define dom_ID 1 at the start and then you write

Thread *thread = Lookup_thread(dom_ID, id)

this way you don't wonder what the odd "1" is doing when you come to look back over old code.

Hope this helps

Sorry, I miss informed you about this senario. I have only just realised as I made myself some code and realised that I have told you the wrong thing. In single phase flow the Domain ID will always be 1, but when using Lookup_Thread you must provide a pointer, sorry about that. Code something like this should work.

Domain *domain = Get_Domain(1);

Thread *thread_sol = Lookup_Thread(domain, thread_id);

Very sorry for the confusion.
