Hi everybody! i have to put BC to the model of a fan in duct. Is it correct that static pressure between upstream and downstream of the fan is the same?
Thanks a lot for ur help sheila |

Pressure will not be same at inlet and exit.
You can select velocity_inlet boundary condition for your problem. If you know the velocity at which fan blows you can give velocit_inlet. If you want some more precise results you can go for UDF and attach to that boundary condition as an inlet |
