Hi guys,
I'm searching a way in Fluent to do a variation of the angle attack for my simulation. I know that i can modify the velocity inlet and chose a direction X/Y, but the drag force and the lift force will be in the same cartesian repere ? There is an another solution to modify my angle of attack in fluent ? Move the mesh may be ? Sorry, but iam new in CFD ! |

there is a trick you can do
redraw the model with a cylindrical wall around the airfoil as attached file and use interfacing mesh to make this wall interior -------------------------------- so for every angle of attack you can rotate just the cylindrical volume best wishes |
