Can anybody pls tell me when does a Divergence in Temprature occurs and what shd be modified to obtain proper convergence of temperature?

Try lowering under-relaxation factors. Solve -> control -> solution. Try lowering tempreature a bit, and if that dosen't work, try lowering all but temperature.
