drying problem

i am working on a problem. I need suggestions from you guys on how to approch this in fluent

Its a drying poblem

inlet ---> humid ---> air --->

|Paste like material (Solid+water) |

i am trying to model drying of a material. Say we have a paste like material (solid+water) which is being dried using mosit air (air+vapour). So there is a heat transfer as well as mass transfer (water escaping as moisture from paste into air) taking place. i need suggestions on what can be the best way to tackle this problem. thanks in advance
