Hello,
I would like to have your opinion on the calculation of Temperature Average: We would like to calculate the average temperature of a fluid at the outlet of a pipe. Should we perform "Area-Weighted-Average" or "Mass-Weighted-Average"? If the velocity profile is not uniform the average calculations and their derivatives may differ significantly. Thank you in advance, Danny. |
