Hi
I'm a new user of fluent and I try to modelling a water oil cyclone separator. I use RSM model with Mixture (because oil volume fraction equal 0.4 or more). I select PRESTO! and PISO (I also tested with Standard and PISO). My boundaries are outflow because i don't know the pressure outlet. After modelling, I obtain very strange results. Water leaves by overflow (and underflow) and oil just by underflow. Somebody can help me? Thanks, nicolas. |

Outflow boundaries can it be the cause of my problem? I think that is true. So since i don't know pressures at outlet, how can i solve the problem? Please help me. I am very blocked. Thanks.
