spawn problem

I am having problems in parallel processing in that i cannot spawn nodes on other machines.
I can ping other machines, fluent recognises other computers IP adresses. I am using rshd for communication. Fluent.Inc directory is shared. Looking forward to hear from you |

check for 1) whether fluent.inc directory is same or not. 2) try Using same login. 3) License

Try the following address for instructions:
www.FLUENT.com/support/installation/winfaq/mpich.htm Also, the following link is a brief Q&A: http://www.fluent.com/about/news/new...pdfs/nl417.pdf I recommend the MPI versus the RSHD. I was not able to get the RSHD to work. The MPI worked first time. Hope this helps. Steve |
