Hi

I am trying to model droplet breakup and evaporation of a suspension of water with titanium particles. However I am having trouble producing an injection that includes both without using two separate injections. How can I create a multi-component injection of liquid + solid, and if I use multi component how can I vary the diameter of droplet injection and particles independently from one another

Hi Kumar,

Right now I am doing a research project similar to yours: breakup of suspension droplet. Interestingly, TiO2 is also one of the material I want to simulate.

Regarding the multicomponent droplet simulation, you can input both material as fluids (so it is a droplet of 2 liquids), but set the TiO2 as non-evaporating and give the respective property.

May I know more detail about what you are working at?
Maybe we can have some collaboration since our topics are somewhat similar.

Daniel
