Combustion in CFB with Eulerian?

Hello. I was wondering if it is possible to model solid fuel combustion in a Circulating Fluidized Bed using a multiphase model. I know that heterogeneous reactions can take place in FLUENT 6.2 and in combination with multiphase species transport model and heat/mass transfer effects, looks like pretty possible to me. But have anyone already done it?

I had read in the forum that with versions until 6.1 this was impossible. But does version 6.2 resolves all the difficulties? (I mean the necessary but very difficult UDF writting...)

I am not quite sure but I think that you can do it. But you'd probably have to write again many UDFs... I think that you are goind to have convergence problems because your flow is very very complex!

OK, but can anybody tell me that this can be done for sure? Have anybody already simulated this kind of flow?
