I am simulating frozen turbulence case. I am not solving for k and epsilon. I want to know is it possible that I can switch off the Wall functions for momentum equation. How can I switch off the wall functions

Use "enhanced wall treatement" this cancel the use of wall functions, but then it resolves the boundary layer. To avoid the resolution use a zero shear stress at the boundary walls.

I hope it solves your problem. Make me aware if it works.
