Monitor file location

Hello, Since a month I have been having an annoying problem. I set up various monitors for each simulation like always, but then the files are saved not in the directory where the case and dat files are, but in the Docs and Settings Directory in my account folder. This is confusing since obe has to move the files each time different simulation has to be started, any remedy? Perhaps when defining monitors, whole path should be defined instead of the name only? Thanks in advance

Hi, Try to launch Fluent via Shell (or Command Window under Windows): *cd to your folder *launch fluent with the adequate expression (fluent 3d ....) It will force Fluent to run under this specific folder. Hope it helps

You can set the whole path where you want to save them, when you give the file name for that monitor. That works perfectly.
