What would be a good starting point for choosing my viscous model (turbulence model)? I'm doing buoyant convective (and conductive)heat transfer between parallel horizontal plates at temps like 20 to 500 C and separations like 1 to 10 cm. I might guess the Rayleigh number is around 1,000,000 and the Reynolds number is perhaps 100 or 1000. Thanks!

Well, gee, maybe "laminar" would be OK...
