Someone use Icepak to solve microchannel problem ?

In recently , i need to simulate heat transfer of microchannel. I want to use icepak to solve this problem , is that good choice ?
Ps.My model's minimum size is 300um and number of fin is 100. I hope someone to give me advice. Thanks a lot. |

Bernie, yes i will say it is a good choice. however, you have to be very careful in meshing.
