Default meshing water coolant circuit in Gambit

Hi All

I am new to Gambit & need some help from the Gambit Gurus out there. I have a compression moulding die cooled by water circulating inside the mould. The geometry is in Pro-E.

1>How do I model the water flowing through the cavities in the mould (which is the hollow space in the geometry)?

2> How do I mesh two surfaces that overlap or touch each other to ensure mesh connectivity? (heat transfer surfaces)

3>Is there any option to connect meshes (like merge nodes option in Hypermesh)?

Thanks in advance SM
