hi i am doing dyanamic meshing for piston and cylinder arangement of pulse tube REFRIGERATOR .A udf is given to piston for velocity i have done meshing in gambit

now i am facing following problem

Error: Update-Dynamic-Mesh failed. Negative cell volume detected. Error Object: ()

how to solve it

Hi Ammi,

How are you moving it.

Is it based on the pressure from the fluid or time.

hi

i am doing on time basis velocity of piston is given by

V= A cos(wt)

A and w are const , values r given in UDF the piston has to move forward and backward

PLZ HELP
