Default coal combustion..... need help....

please help me.... i use non-premix for coal combusting, i have set the injection on discrete phase, still there is no reaction. on the tutorial say i do not need to enter number of mean mixture point and mixture fraction variant on boundary condition, is that right?what is mean mixture point and mixture fraction variant?
