Default convergence problem, please help!

Hi all,

I'm trying to simulate flow inside a volume that is almost like a cube with this difference that one of its faces is inclined. The flow impinges upon the inclined surface from two slot jets at the bottom of the cube and leave the volume from the face forward of the inclined surface (pressure outlet).

My turbulence model is RNG k-e with standard wall function. I start simulation with standard k-e model and after converging the residuals; I change the turbulence model to RNG k-e and decrease under-relaxations, but suddenly my residuals start to diverge and never come down. I'm really confused and I will appreciate you for helping me.

With the best regards

Josef
