Default WHY NON-POSITIVE FACE AREA EXIST IN GAMBIT?

Dear, I am trying to make grid on a pod. When the mash file is imported in fluent and check grid it shows grid chack faild as there exist a non- positive face area. why so, can you help me? Thanking you Mahbub
