hi, I am trying to simulate granular material having differnt sizes of grains in it which is flowing under the effect of gravity.which multiphase model shuold i use and how to assign two differnt sizes grain in secondary phase

hi there: you can use either Mixture type or Eulerian-Eulerian type multiphase flow solvers for granular flow. then you can assign two or more secondary phases according to your particles sizes number. and for every secondary phase you will assign a specific volume fraction for every size such that the total volume fraction is your solid phase volume fraction.
