The description you provided is ambiguous. You mentioned velocity inlet and pressure outlet no ambient air velocity. What does that mean? It appears you do not have any fluid domain in your simulation. There are only solid domains. Or do you have a fluid domain as well? If you have really applied velocity inlet and/or pressure outlet boundary conditions, then fluid domain exists since Fluent does not allow such boundary types for solid domain. But you need to provide some clarity, may be share some snapshots of the setup.
