Hello all!
I would like to hear something from you about your feelings about Fluent quality. It is really fantastic program but I cannot resist thinking that when you want to compute something really serious - Fluent becomes a childtoy. For example - dynamic mesh. Why Fluent stops when it encounter negative volumes instead of applying corrective action? Or using Fluent's UDF in parallel. When you compute really huge model you'll probably want to use at least a few cores. I wish you have luck enough not to see the "MPI_exit" message. Maybe for industrial users/designers they send a Specialized Response Team to help but in academic reality you're alone... Or we're alone. regards to all, Maciej |
