Time in Steady State DPM -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

KJ Larsen Guest Posts: n/a	Hello I have a problem with using the time in for a Define_DPM_Body_Force UDF I have written, (with fixed timestep). For no reason that I can understand, if I define a real called time and update this every iteration as time = P_TIME(p), after 1.55E-2s it becomes unbound and then 'not a number'. If I update as time = time + P_DT(p) it can reach 3.1E-2s before crashing. However in a different Body_Force UDF similar methods have caused no problem (5s). Can anyone see a way into understanding this? Cheers. Kris
