Dear All,
I am modeling a deforming 3d-prism as a dynamic mesh. One prism base is moving (rigid body), the side faces are deforming, the remaining base is a pressure outlet. My question is: can I also impose rotation on ALL prism walls in the Boundary Conditions panel? Is this a valid simulation? (Rotation axis lies outside the prism) I tried visualizing the mesh motion by Solve --> Mesh Motion. I see the prism deforming, but can't see the rotation, because it is defined in the Boundary Conditions panel, not in the Dynamic mesh panel. I am not sure if FLUENT is ignoring the rotation. Appreciate your help. |
