Hi everyone,

I have defined a surface reaction with two gaseous reactant A and B on wall surface giving product C. My stoich. coefficients are 1 for each reactant and product. But rate is only dependent on A. So when i start this case without B, Zero mass fraction of B in mixture inlet. I observed that reaction is happening with no change in concentration of reactant B(always zero) and decrease in concentration of reactant A. This is very strange. Reaction should not happen in absence of reactant B. Can anyone explain this??

Thanks
