Hi,
I replicated a simple textbook convection problem in fluent.
hot & cold air seperated by 2 layers of copper block, i want to know the overall heat transfer co-effiecient?.i have modelled copper as solid(penta) elements & air layers as shells..

Also for situations involving heat transfer inside electronic devices , how do i know the heat transfer co-effiecient for the overall model(b/w device & ambient)...it would be also helpful if you let me know what type of element are best suited for such problems (both for results & post-processing)..cureently using solid penta elements..

thanks..
