hi every body !!!!!!!

i wanna know that how i can calculate turbulent intensity for my case , in fluent !!
i find this relation for fully developed flow in tube I=0.16*(Re(dh))^(-1/8) !!! but my geometry isnt tube !!!! its 3D, in inlet has rectangular cross section, & in outlet a cylinderical Cross section !!!! its alittle complex!!!!!

Plz help me !!!!!!!!!!!!!

-mAx- will become famous soon enough
Dh is the hydraulic diameter.
Dh = 4.A / P with A = Area and P=perimeter
