How to do separation in separator using Eulerian Model

Hello every1,

Im still new in FLUENT, im having problem to show how separation occur in my model (separator). Currently, im using Eulerian Model, but i havent archieve good result..both of the component (water + crude oil) didnt separate, but occured as single componenets and phase..

Can some1 advise me how to define material, and phase,? so that both of this components can be separated..
