Hi, Greetings..!
My project is related to air flow discharge with fixed mass...like for example Water tank discharge flow, Medical injection flow over the time. I have done the simulation but not able to see the animation of volume flow discharge. I want see the animation of discharge flow over the given time. Can anyone please help me? Thanks in advance.... Regards, Ramana Reddy. |

To have an animation you will have to run a transient simulation and save data or animations files every few tim steps. You can then read all of these steps into CFD post and output an animation of the flow.

Actually, I have run the simulation in transient only. I got the Timesteps data but could not able to see the animations. Animation is showing 0 timesteps to 100 timesteps but there no motion of the fluid. I could not able to attach the images here, So I have sent email to this kareemcfd@gmail.com Thanks once again. |

To visualizing the discharge flow of the fluid from a medical injection in Ansys Fluent requires a few steps:
- You need to run a **transient simulation** and save data or animation files every few time steps ¹. - You need to use the **VOF (Volume of Fluid) model** to model the two-phase flow of air and fluid in the injection ². - You need to set up the boundary conditions, initial conditions, solution methods, and monitors for your simulation ²³. - You need to read all of the data or animation files into CFD Post and output an animation of the flow ¹. You can find more details and examples on how to perform these steps in the following resources: - A video tutorial on how to model a tank discharge flow using VOF model in Ansys Fluent ². - The Ansys Fluent User's Guide, especially Chapter 23: Using the VOF Model ³. - The Ansys Fluent Theory Guide, especially Chapter 18: Volume of Fluid Model Theory ⁴.
