Wall Shear Rate & Visualization

Hello everybody...
I was wondering if someone can give me direction how can I visualize Wall shear rate in Fluent 6.3. I have been reading Fluent Manual, but I guess I can not find the right chapter...  Also is there a way to choose how many cells I wont to add when I am doing the refinement of the grid? With Big gratitude in advance, Jovana
