how can i overcome that error please

divergence detected in AMG solver : temperature

i reduced the energy under relaxation factor to 0.8 and gave me the same error

Agree, what is your mesh quality? It's simple flow with turbulence model, I never saw the explode unless you give them some really garbage mesh
