Air flow through a section of an office room

I am trying to simulate mixed convection through a room using Fluent and have no experience in using this software. I tried to induce buoyancy by keeping the floor at higher temperature compared to the side walls and ceiling. Could some one please tell me whether this is a transient or a steady state problem?.
