Hello CFD experts!
Could you help me please with my issue? I’d like to simulate pressure increasing phenomena due to solid material decomposition (into solid+gas) inside closed chamber. No inlet, outlet. Solid material is located inside chamber from the very begging. Unfortunately, I've failed to find any tutorial regarding combustion simulation of solid materials in Fluent. So I have following question: 1 Is there any way to simulate this problem without combustion simulation? I mean pressure increasing in closed chamber? 2. If not, what models should I use to simulate decomposition of solid material into solid + gas? Any help is appreciated! Thanks in advance! Best regards |
