Could you be more specific in order to help us in helping you?

Are you talking about 64 bits arithmetic precision or memory addressing/capacity?

Are you interested in learning how to program in Fortran or in the features of the language?

In fact, the title "64 bit machine" show that it is 64 bits memory addressing/capacity. To the best of my knowledge, no such kind of this book has been pubished.

64-bit porting raises compiler-specific issues, generally documented by the vendors. For example, here are links to documentation from Sun and SGI:
